Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase for unused service or in cases where the service does not function as advertised. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our review.

If your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are not guaranteed for service usage after access has been granted or for charges already incurred from third-party integrations. The final decision remains with CDL Score.
